This website sets no cookies, measures no reach, has no form and embeds no third party services. We serve our fonts ourselves.

Hosting and server logs

The website runs on a server at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.

On every visit the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the requested address, status code, amount of data transferred, the previously visited page and the details sent by the browser (user agent). We need them to deliver the site and to detect attacks and errors. We delete the logs after 14 days at the latest.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide the website securely and without errors.

Hetzner processes this data on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR, based on a data processing agreement.

Contact by email

If you write to us, we process your address and your message in order to reply (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). We delete them once they are no longer needed for this and no retention obligation applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). Write to hugo@hugoschroeder.com.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (datenschutz-berlin.de).
